So far, 140 HRC-endorsed candidates have won their races!
The latest victories include HRC endorsee Joe Lieberman, one of the lead sponsors of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, who's been re-elected to a six-year term as senator of Connecticut. HRC endorsee Phil Hare, a U.S. House candidate in Illinois, also won over competitor Andrea Zinga. And Tom Carper won his Senate race in Delaware.
Plus, longtime GLBT supporter Sen. Edward Kennedy has won, as has Republican HRC ally Sen. Olympia Snowe.
