It was 55 degrees in Pittsburgh this morning -- cool enough that we needed scarves, but not jackets -- so HRC's staff and volunteers on the ground have been running from house to house, sweating out the vote!
It looks like things are moving well in Pennsylvania, turnout-wise. The election protection folks are scrambling to deal with all kinds of problems -- from polls that opened two and a half hours late to reports from staff of their electronic ballots being pre-filled for the Republican candidates!
We'll see what the final count says. Hopefully, tonight will be the night we can say goodbye to Rick Santorum, one of the most anti-gay lawmakers our country has ever seen -- and say hello to our next senator, fair-minded candidate Bob Casey.
