In a HISTORIC VICTORY for GLBT equality, the proposed domestic partnership ban on the Arizona state ballot has been DEFEATED.
This initiative would have banned domestic partnerships for both same-sex and opposite-sex couples in Arizona.
HRC was proud to support our coalition partner Arizona Together to make this key win a reality. Kudos to all fair-minded Arizonans who beat back this mean-spirited initiative!
