Third, we have developed strong guiding plans.
Our strategic plan will keep us focused on the Equality agenda throughout the campaign and construction periods. Once in our new building, our political action, organizing and educational work will prosper with a stronger institutional foundation.

Fourth, we have a generous base of member support.
HRC's 500,000 members, and especially the 3,500 members of our Federal Club and Federal Club Council, have demonstrated their commitment to making HRC the nation's leading force for GLBT equality. They are poised to take us to a new level of influence, visibility and permanence by supporting the achievement of a lasting home for our vision of an America where GLBT people can be open, honest and safe at home, at work and in the community.
