Check out Chef Patrick O'Connell and Chef Daniel Boulud in the latest video for HRC’s Chefs for Equality.
Iconic NYC restaurateur and chef Daniel Boulud is getting quite a bit of buzz of late, as D.C. waits with bated breath for the opening of the high-profile DBGBDC.
A play on his first New York restaurant, DBGB, which opened in 2009, a few storefronts down from the location of the now-shuttered, rock club CBGB, DBGBDC promises to bring the NYC vibe to the nation’s capital.
This year at Chefs for Equality, we will be auctioning off a 10-course dinner for 10 with wine and beer pairings at DBGBDC, prepared by Chef Boulud and his team.
