HRC endorses Christine QuinnPost submitted by David Contreras Turley, former HRC Associate Regional Field Director

With less than one week until the NYC Primary, HRC is calling on all New York City volunteers to join Team Quinn to Get Out the Vote
HRC proudly endorses Christine Quinn for New York City Mayor because we know she will be a Mayor who will fight for affordable housing, better schools, and good-paying jobs. But don't just take our word for it. She's been endorsed by the New York Times, the Daily News, the New York Post, and the Gay City News.

The Human Rights Campaign has worked with Quinn for years and we know she is the only candidate who can actually deliver on New York's progressive values. We are so proud and thankful that Chris fought alongside HRC in our successful fight for New York marriage equality in 2011.  With over her 20 years of public service, Quinn has also fought to end bias-motivated violence against LGBT New Yorkers and worked hard to secure and protect funding for HIV/AIDS services in New York City.

With just one week until primary day, HRC and Team Quinn are fired up! Check out our volunteer page for all the different ways you can make a difference and join HRC to help elect Chris as our next mayor!

HRC volunteers have been knocking on doors and making phone calls to take our case directly to voters in your neighborhood and we can't do it without your help. Will you sign up to help reach out to voters about the important issues facing New York City?

Team Quinn and HRC are counting on you and other activists in your community to help us reach our goals.
