More than 100 of America’s biggest companies and respected brands are calling on Congress to pass the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, which is up for consideration this week.
Nationwide, Citigroup, Groupon, Procter & Gamble, Hershey’s, US Airways and so many more have joined HRC’s Business Coalition for Workplace Fairness because they understand the need for a federal standard that treats all employees the same way.
Americans from all walks of life understand that all employees – no matter their sexual orientation or gender identity – should be judged on their merits and performance on the job. It is time for the Employment Non-Discrimination Act. To add your support, visit hrc.org/ENDA
