While we didn’t hear from the Supreme Court today on Obergefell v. Hodges, the historic case that could bring nationwide marriage equality, there’s still a chance to stand on the right side of history.

Here are just a few simple ways to show your support:

A pro-marriage equality from the Court would ensure that same-sex couples are recognized on the state level for tax purposes, healthcare decision-making, and inheritance determinations.  On the federal level, these couples gain access to critical lifeline benefits like Social Security and Veterans spousal benefits-- programs that have remained out of reach for couples living in states that do not recognize their marriage.

With more decisions from the Supreme Court expected on Thursday, now is the time to celebrate all loving, committed same-sex couples.
