HRC is honored to receive recognition as one of the best nonprofits to work for in 2014.

This is second year HRC has received this unique distinction from The NonProfit Timesmoving up three places from last year to 34th out of 50.

The list is based on an extensive questionnaire focusing on benefits, policies, practices and employee input. The award is decided by both employee and Human Resource surveys, with 75% of the total score comes directly from employee satisfaction and 25% from HR.

If you’re interested in being a part of one of the best nonprofits in 2014, HRC has a multitude of positions open, in addition to a cutting-edge summer internship program.
