What’s Next for Marriage Equality at the Supreme Court

As the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in two historic marriage equality cases this March, fair-minded Americans turned out across the country, unified in support of loving, committed same-sex couples.
Now we wait for the Court to deliver opinions in Windsor and Perry.
While many have already begun to speculate, there are a number of different ways in which the Court could rule.
We’ve highlighted four of the more likely scenarios, but only the Court’s opinion later this year will provide definitive answers.
