Watch Now – Video of Adoption Forum

If you didn’t get a chance to tune into the livestream of the HRC Family Project’s Adoption Forum, you can now watch an archive video of the event.

The forum was held in celebration of National Adoption Month, which is commemorated each November. The event served as a call to action for child welfare agencies to include LGBT families in efforts to find permanent families for children and youth in foster care. It featured Bryan Samuels, Commissioner of the Administration on Children, Youth and Families at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and was attended by LGBT families, leaders in the child welfare profession, and HRC Family Project Director Ellen Kahn.
