Watch: Anti-LGBT “Minnesota Marriage Minute” Continues to Misinform

Kalley Yanta and her anti-equality partners at Minnesota for Marriage are back with another interesting “Marriage Minute” video.

In the most recent clip, Yanta asks the question, “What kind of issues would children face if marriage is redefined?” She claims, “Experience shows that wherever same-sex marriage becomes the law, children will be exposed to it at an early age, as early as kindergarten.”

The video distorts reality at every turn, employing the same fear mongering as the infamous (and NOM-funded) “Princess Ad” from the Proposition 8 campaign. In fact, the misconstrued arguments are almost identical.

Watch the video below:

HRC is a proud supporter of the coalition, Minnesotans United for All Families, working to defeat the amendment banning same-sex marriage in the state. HRC has set up a special fund – HRC Minnesota Family Freedom PAC – to direct 100 percent of your contribution to defeat the anti-marriage constitutional amendment in Minnesota.
