March 20, 2013 by Eric Cameron, Digital Media Coordinator
In honor of their 100th anniversary, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) has launched a new video and campaign called “Imagine a World Without Hate.”
The video, set to John Lennon’s “Imagine,” pays tribute to the lives of Harvey Milk, Matthew Shepard, James Byrd Jr. and others whose lives were cut short by hate, envisioning the impact they could have made on society if they survived into the present day.

ADL fights anti-Semitism and all forms of bigotry in the U.S. and abroad through information, education, legislation and advocacy. HRC worked closely with ADL and countless other groups to secure passage of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act in 2009 after 12 years of advocacy work.
