TODAY: Full Senate vote on Eric Holder for Attorney General
February 2, 2009
The full Senate will vote today on Eric Holder’s nomination to be attorney general. The vote is expected to begin around 6:15 pm EST today, preceded by three hours of debate. The Human Rights Campaign has joined with the civil rights community to endorse Holder for the position that will make him our nation's chief prosecutor and first black Attorney General.
