Send Chick-fil-A an Equality Bear

Like many of us, HRC member Todd Jolley is frustrated by Chick-Fil-A’s adamantly anti-LGBT practices and policies, but instead of just getting mad Todd decided to combat Chick-Fil-A’s message of hate and exclusion with an act of mischievous charity. Todd used HRC’s gift membership program to make a donation to HRC in COO Dan Cathy’s name, sending the message that despite Chick-fil-A’s discriminatory beliefs, the majority of Americans support marriage equality and are ready to join HRC in the fight for equal rights.

But Todd isn’t just committed to the mission of HRC, he’s committed to a vision- a vision of flooding Dan Cathy with HRC Equality Bears. Using the address Cathy made available on his public Facebook page Todd included an HRC Equality Bear in his gift, and so can you.

If, like Todd and the majority of Americans, you believe that all people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect; then send COO Dan Cathy a gift membership to HRC (you'll become a member!) and a few teddy bears to decorate his office with.
