Rep. Takano Stands in Support of LGBT Binational Couples from House Floor

Last week, Rep. Mark Takano (D- Calif.) spoke from the floor of House of Representatives in support of the immigration proposal recently released by Senate’s Gang of 8, though noted his concern over the legislation’s failure to address binational LGBT families.
“Keeping these loving families apart is wrong and it’s bad for the economy,” said Takano.
