Oral Arguments Today in Prop 8 Trial Appeal

Today at 10am pacific, attorneys on both sides of the case challenging California's constitutional amendment banning marriage for same-sex couples will present oral arguments to an appeals court. Chris Geidner at Metro Weekly has a useful primer on the case -- Perry v. Schwarzenegger. Opponents of Prop 8 are being led by attorneys Ted Olsen and David Boies and the American Foundation for Equal Rights. AFER has details on today's arguments on their website.
