On the Air in Indiana to End DADT

Repeal DADT logo-white-600 The following post comes from HRC Organizer Adrian Matanza. Nick and I are still in Indiana working to repeal DADT. This week, we were on the air in Bloomington on BloomingOUT, an LGBT radio station. Nick talked about the upcoming rally on Bloomington's campus and what we're doing across the country to repeal the ban. You can listen to Nick's interview here. It starts at 21:35. Out in Southwest Indiana, the Evansville Courier covered the Voices of Honor Film Screening at the University of Evansville. We screened the "Ask Not" documentary, and our veteran leader Scott Bilyou told the audience about his experience living under DADT. UE Pride organized the event and invited students, members of the community and leaders of PFLAG Evansville. We'll be continuing the tour this week at Hanover College.
