North Dakota House to vote on anti-discrimination bill

A vote in the North Dakota House on legislation (SB 2278) to ban discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity in housing, employment, credit, insurance, public accommodations and services is scheduled to happen today after the House convenes at 12:30 p.m. CDT/ 1 :00 p.m. ET. The floor schedule is here. *UPDATE - 2:41 p.m. ET: Disappointing news: The state House of Representatives voted 34-54 against Senate Bill 2278.
