HRC field organizers and coalition partners at NM Unites for Marriage are working through the legislative session to make sure legislators, Democrats and Republicans alike, hear from constituents urging them to defend the freedom to marry and shut down any attempt to restrict marriage for same-sex couples.
NM Unites for Marriage is also inviting HRC members to join the campaign at the Equality Day at the Roundhouse, hosted by Equality New Mexico, on January 30. There will be two lobbying sessions, as well as a noontime marriage rally outside the Capitol.
