Know Your Status: National HIV Testing Day

Today is National HIV Testing Day – an opportunity to promote HIV/AIDS awareness and the importance of getting tested regularly. Take ownership of your health and get tested now. Walgreens – a company with consistently high scores on HRC’s Corporate Equality Index – is offering free HIV testing as part of National HIV Testing Day. Find a Walgreens near you – the free testing is available today through Friday during the hours of 3pm – 7pm.
According to the CDC, more than 1.2 million people in the U.S. are living with HIV – and one in five don’t even know they’re infected. There’s no excuse for not knowing your status – take control and get tested today.
