Jesse Tyler Ferguson Announces Spring Collection of Bow Ties Benefiting LGBT Equality
February 14, 2013 by Eric Cameron, Digital Media Coordinator
Friends of HRC Jesse Tyler Ferguson and fiancé Justin Mikita have announced the new spring collection of bow ties for their non-profit advocacy organization Tie the Knot.
Designed by Ferguson and Mikita, the new collection is inspired by New York City and features a special bow tie created by openly gay designer Isaac Mizrahi. All proceeds from the sale of spring collection ties will go directly to the Respect for Marriage Coalition, a partnership co-chaired by HRC and Freedom to Marry fighting to repeal the discriminatory Defense of Marriage Act.
The new bow ties will be available online beginning February 26, 2013, exclusively at The Tie Bar.
