HRC congratulates pro-equality Senator-Elect Tim Kaine on victory.
Upon the Virginia Senate Race being called for Tim Kaine, Human Rights Campaign President Chad Griffin released the following statement:
“Congratulations to Senator-elect Kaine on his hard-fought victory tonight. Virginia has entrusted this seat to a true advocate for equality and inclusion, and we’re enthusiatic to begin working with Senator-elect Kain and his team on issues important to LGBT people across the country.”
