House Subcommittee Reports Out Domestic Partnership Bill

Great news... after considering amendments to the Domestic Partnership Benefits and Obligations Act during this morning's markup, the House Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee on Federal Workforce, Postal Service, and the District of Columbia just reported out the bill with a vote of five to three.
