House GOP Appealing DOMA Ruling

The House Bipartisan Legal Advisory Group today announced it’s challenging a recent ruling that found the discriminatory Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) unconstitutional.
According to Metro Weekly, the brief filing notes: "The Democratic Leader and the Democratic Whip decline to support the filing of this notice of appeal."
