Help Us Stop Homophobia and Transphobia

Words have consequences. Whether it's a local school board member, a religious organization, national 'advocacy groups' or elected officials, anti-gay vitriol creates a toxic environment that can make LGBT people – particularly youth – think they aren't worthy of the same dignity that all Americans deserve.

We call out incidents of homophobia and transphobia on a regular basis – from a high school teacher’s very public anti-LGBT rant, to Chick-fil-A’s anti-gay donations; from calling out hostile legislation at the state level to calling attention to extremists who hijack religions for their own anti-LGBT purposes.

But we need your help – we need to hear from you what is happening on the ground in your community. Use our “Report an Incident” form to call out blatant homophobia or transphobia you may experience first-hand or see in your community.

Calling out these hateful incidents and rallying support for change is one of the best ways we can advance equality. If you see or experience something, say something.
