This July 4, HRC honors the millions of fair-minded Americans who inspire us every day.
Independence Day isn’t just a time for barbeques, fireworks and parades. It’s a day to honor our patriotism and to celebrate America.
Our country was founded on an inherent right to live freely and without oppression. The LGBT movement shares these same ideals.
On the day where all Americans gather to commemorate our independence, let us also take a moment to honor the progress we’ve made as a movement and the work that lies ahead.
