Delaware Gov. Jack Markell Highlights Marriage Equality Victory in Weekly Message

In his weekly video message, Delaware Governor Jack Markell highlighted this week's historic marriage equality win, as well as strengthened gun safety laws, as key advancements in making Delaware a "welcoming and safe place to live, to love and raise a family."
