The Huffington Post is running a feature on memorable same-sex kisses, and one of the best highlighted is the March 2010 wedding of Rev. Elder Darlene Garner and Rev. Candy Holmes. Both have played a tremendous role in advocating for LGBT families and advancing equality.
Rev. Garner – who is a member of HRC’s Religion Council – wed Rev. Holmes at HRC’s Washington, DC headquarters on the first day marriage equality was legal in the District of Columbia. In March 2010.
