Count Me In

This post comes from Marylanders for Marriage Equality Field Organizer Karess Taylor Hughes:
Last week in Prince Georges County, folks in the community came out to join Marylanders for Marriage Equality at the Count Me In Campaign celebration. Over 30 people attended the RSVP event where they learned about what is going on with the campaign and how they can take action. People came from a wide range of places across the county including College Park, District Heights, Fort Washington and Upper Marlboro. It was great hearing people talk about how eager they were to get involved and how much passing marriage equality the means to their families. The momentum in Prince Georges County is picking up and will only improve as the campaign moves forward.
