Chad Griffin Meets with LGBT Student Leaders at Case Western Reserve University

While in town for the 20th annual HRC Cleveland Gala, HRC President Chad Griffin took time to visit the Case Western Reserve University’s LGBT Center and had breakfast with LGBT student activist leaders.

In attendance were Barbara Snyder, President of Case Western Reserve University; Liz Roccoforte, Director of the LGBT center; Lynn Singer, Deputy Provost; HRC Foundation Board Director Jane Daroff; Jes Sellers, head of Counseling Services; and several CWRU student leaders.

After breakfast, Chad toured CWRU's new student center that is under construction, which will house the new LGBT Center, and the Peter B. Lewis building, designed by Frank Gehry.

CWRU was recently ranked among the Top 25 LGBT-Friendly Universities.

Cleveland City Hall raised the HRC flag this weekend in celebration of equality. Check out photos here.
