CALLING OUT for Marriage Equality

Last night 10 volunteers met in Midtown Manhattan for a phone bank for marriage equality. With only a few weeks left in the legislative cycle HRC and others are working hard to make sure voters' voices are heard. Over 500 calls were made to voters asking them to call their Senator and support the Marriage Equality Bill S:4401. Over 70 people committed to not only calling their senator, but also spreading the word to family, co-workers and straight allies. All across the state voters are reaching out to their Senators with letters, emails, and phone calls asking for a YES vote on Marriage Equality.
