Brit Hitvada’ut - “Covenant of Coming Out”

This post comes from Joanna Blotner, HRC's Religion and Faith Program Coordinator:

Happy National Coming Out Day!  In honor of this special day, HRC’s Religion and Faith Program shares with you a Brit Hitvada’ut - “Covenant of Coming Out” – a liturgical and ritual resource for Jewish communities intended to celebrate individuals coming out as LGBT.  This can also be easily adapted for people of all religious backgrounds, and for faith communities to recognize or honor LGBT people in general.
