The Associated Press is reporting that the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has found Prop 8, the ban on marriage equality in California, to be unconstitutional. The finding is in line with an earlier ruling from former Chief U.S. Judge Vaughn Walker, who also found the discriminatory ban lacked constitutional merit.
