Audio: Thomas Peters Previews ‘Next Gen For Marriage’ Site

It's been almost a year since I first told you, right here on Nom Exposed, about Thomas Peters' planned "Next Generation For Marriage" (or NOM Next Gen) project. Thanks to my pal Carlos Maza at Equality Matters, we now have more insight into what the project is going to be:
Private chapters of NOM geared towards young folks? Move over, Nicki Minaj and "Twilight"—wanton discrimination is coming to snatch up all the "Teen" magazine covers and Twitter trends.
Except not. At all. Because ya see, it's a funny thing, this whole bias against certain kinds of humans. Its rejection is not some sort of trend that can be reversed by dressing it up in Urban Outfitters threads. Hurting certain citizens' lives, marriages, and families is not something that can be made hip or cool simply by will or determination. Young people reject the NOM agenda because the NOM agenda is deeply, drastically, offensively out of touch with this country and its inevitable future. And I would argue that the *more* NOM tries to make this kind of change happen, the more young people are going to see how crude and cruel this form of inequality really is.
