AUDIO: Press conference call on the hate crimes legislation

On the eve of the House vote tomorrow on the hate crimes bill, the leaders of several of the nation’s largest civil rights and faith groups held a press conference call to urge swift passage of the bill that would strengthen protection against hate crimes. The call garnered over 20 reporters from black, latino, disability, LGBT and political/mainstream press. Listen to the recording of the press call here.
