Arizona House to Vote on Anti-LGBT Bill Tomorrow
May 2, 2013 by Maureen McCarty, HRC Senior Digital Strategist
Tomorrow the Arizona House of Representatives will vote on a bill that if passed would legalize discrimination based on religious beliefs.
The proposed legislation, which would amend Arizona’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act, would allow companies and organizations to deny LGBT individuals goods or services because of personal religious beliefs.
We need fair-minded Arizonans to take action now. Call on your representative to vote "no" on SB 1178.
