Michelle NunnDuring Women’s Month, HRC celebrating the work and vision of our female endorsees. Michelle Nunn, Georgia candidate for U.S. Senator, is one of the women fighting for LGBT Americans.

As the head of Points of Light, a non-profit dedicated to volunteer engagement, Nunn has witnessed what is needed in Washington: collaboration in order to lift communities up. She faces Republican challengers, all of whom have been rated 0% by HRC’s Congressional Scorecard while serving in the U.S. House.

Looking back, HRC celebrates how far we’ve come and look to our female endorsees, like Nunn, to lead us in the future in standing for equality for all, including LGBT Americans. These women are facing tough elections in November, and we look forward to continuing to support them.

Stay tuned to the HRC Blog as we continue to highlight the women that continue to stand for civil rights for all.

Paid for by the Human Rights Campaign PAC and authorized by Nunn for Senate.
