The latest daily update from the counting in Washington State is in... 88,191 signatures have been checked and of them 77,637 have been accepted and 10,554 have been rejected. That brings the rejection rate up to 11.97 percent (it was 11.67 percent yesterday and 11.32 percent the day before).

The Secretary of State's office continues counting each and every signature in the effort to put Washington State's comprehensive domestic partnership law up to voters to approve or reject. 72,976 signatures have been checked against voter rolls and of those 64,713 have been accepted while 8,263 have been rejected.
