Today the Human Rights Campaign launched another video for the New Yorkers for Marriage Equality campaign with the addition of Ethan and Ryan Hawke. The new video and our entire campaign can be viewed online at http://www.hrc.org/NY4marriage Ethan. and Ryan join the New Yorkers for Marriage Equality Campaign as the fight over marriage equality heats up in New York and nationwide. They join other prominent New Yorkers, from leaders and advocates, to actors and musicians who are letting America know that New York supports marriage equality.

Coming off the outstanding turnout at the marriage hearing this past week, the field team in Rhode Island went into full gear this weekend. We canvassed the famous Newport St. Patrick's Day Parade getting Rhode Islanders to call their state representatives and senators on the spot, and also sending them a postcard telling them they stand on the side of equality. Throughout the sea of green, the positive energy and good will bodes well for the fight ahead.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support the Marriage Equality bill during the Senate Judiciary Hearing last night. The hearing lasted until 1:33am and one thing was clear, advocates for equality had better stories and arguments than our opponents. No vote was taken, so stay tuned for further updates.
