The Human Rights Campaign -- the nation's largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender rights organization -- was proud to be a part of the March on Washington. HRC’s own Donna Payne and Rev. MacArthur Flournoy -- with powerful, energizing words -- highlighted the importance of intersectional justice in moving forward to realize the dream of equality.

Watch their speeches now.

And, in case you missed it, Rev. MacArthur Flournoy, theologian, author, preacher and the Director for Faith Partnership and Mobilization for the Human Rights Campaign, appeared on a MSNBC panel on Saturday to lend his perspective on the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington and the continuing battle for justice and equality.

He joined Aisha Moodie Mills, senior fellow and director of the FIRE Initiative at American Progress and Angela Rye, Executive Director/General Counsel at Congressional Black Caucus.
