The steps to participating in the All Children – All Families (ACAF) initiative are outlined below. Click on the appropriate links to begin or continue this process on behalf of your agency.

Request Promising Practices Guide

Sign Pledge

Confirm your commitment to implement the Promising Practices and achieve the key benchmarks. Upon signing the pledge, your agency will be added to the ACAF Agency Database where we will monitor your progress in achieving the benchmarks outlined in the Promising Practices Guide.

    Answer Self-Assessment Questions and Submit

    A series of questions appears throughout the Guide to help you gauge the cultural competence of your organization in working with LGBT-headed families.

     

    Receive Phone Consultation with ACAF Advisory Board Member

    Agencies that submit their online assessment receive individualized consultation with an ACAF Advisory Board member to identify steps to improve their practices.

     

    Make Improvements

    See our All Children - All Families Additional Resources, including a list of trainers and consultants, to improve your agency’s LGBT-related policies and practices.

     

    Achieve 10 Benchmarks & Receive a Seal

    Earn the All Children - All Families Seal when your agency achieves these 10 benchmarks.
